Data and purpose
SkipZero processes checkout-consent records, Stripe Checkout identifiers, payment status, buyer email, purchased tier, download activity and essential security data. This is used to take payment, deliver the correct archive, prevent unauthorised access, handle refunds or disputes, support buyers and keep legally required transaction records.
If you consent to analytics, SkipZero also processes an anonymous browser identifier and limited interaction events to understand the path from landing page to purchase. Autocapture, session recordings, form content, person profiles and advertising tracking are disabled.
Legal bases
Checkout and delivery processing is necessary to perform the purchase contract, meet accounting and legal duties, and protect the service and source archives. Optional analytics is based on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings”.
Processors
Stripe processes payment details. OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure serve the storefront and hold operational order records. PostHog processes optional product-analytics events only after consent. Their processing is governed by their own terms and data-protection commitments. SkipZero does not receive or store full card numbers.
Essential cookie
An HttpOnly, Secure checkout cookie is stored for up to 30 days to bind the payment return to the browser that accepted the terms. It is essential for private delivery and is not used for advertising or analytics. See the cookie notice for the complete storage list.
Retention and rights
Purchase and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Short-lived delivery credentials expire automatically. You may request access, correction, deletion where permitted, restriction or objection using the contact above, and may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local authority.
