Essential storage and optional analytics

SkipZero uses essential browser storage for checkout and delivery. PostHog analytics activates only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It is never used for advertising.

Checkout cookie

sz_checkout_… is a first-party, HttpOnly, Secure cookie created only when you continue to Stripe. It binds the payment return to the browser that accepted the terms and expires after no more than 30 days.

Delivery session

skipzero_checkout_session is kept in the current tab's session storage after Stripe returns you to SkipZero. It lets the delivery page check payment status and is cleared when that browser session ends.

Consent preference

skipzero_analytics_consent_v1 remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. Without it, the site would ask on every visit.

PostHog analytics

If you accept, PostHog stores an anonymous browser identifier in local storage and receives limited events such as page, pricing and package views, checkout steps, dossier downloads and confirmed purchases. SkipZero disables autocapture, session recording, heatmaps and person profiles. It does not send form content, buyer email, payment details, Stripe identifiers or download links.

Hosting security

The hosting and security infrastructure may set strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site and manage automated traffic. They are not used by SkipZero for advertising or audience measurement.

Your choice

Rejecting analytics does not affect the site or checkout. You can change your choice at any time.
