2. What you buy
SkipZero is downloadable source code, documentation and a personal commercial licence. Founder and Starter are the same package at different availability-based prices. All-in adds the capabilities listed on the comparison table. Provider accounts, usage fees and product-specific development are not included.
3. Price and payment
Payment is a one-time charge in euros through Stripe. The amount displayed at Checkout is the total charged. Displayed consumer prices include applicable indirect tax where legally required; the seller remains responsible for the confirmed tax treatment and reporting.
4. Immediate digital delivery
Before payment you explicitly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, any statutory withdrawal right that can legally be waived is lost. Stripe confirms payment by signed webhook; the success page then issues a short-lived private download link.
5. Licence
The purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal commercial licence to use the package in unlimited products the buyer owns. The reusable starter, documentation and workflows may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, published, shared or used to create a competing starter product.
6. Updates and support
The buyer receives updates released for the purchased tier while that tier is maintained. No particular update schedule, feature roadmap or response time is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer must secure provider accounts and keys, run provider sandbox checks, review agent-generated changes, configure tax and legal settings, and test the modified product before production. Templates are a starting point, not legal or tax advice.
8. Warranty and liability
The delivered archive is verified against the release evidence stated on the sales page. Except for mandatory consumer rights, the software is supplied without guarantees that it fits a particular business or remains compatible with every future third-party change. Liability is limited to the purchase amount where the law permits.
9. Governing law
Spanish law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protections of the buyer’s country of residence. Contact the seller first so a complaint can be resolved directly.
