Refunds and delivery problems

Immediate access

SkipZero is supplied immediately after confirmed payment. Before Checkout, the buyer expressly requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges the resulting loss of any waivable withdrawal right once supply begins.

When to contact us

If the archive cannot be downloaded, fails its published SHA-256 integrity check, is materially different from the purchased tier, or the same order was charged twice, contact the seller promptly with the Stripe receipt email and Checkout reference. We will repair delivery, supply the correct package or refund where appropriate.

Change of mind

After private source access has begun, change-of-mind refunds are not offered except where mandatory law says otherwise. This policy never limits statutory rights for digital content that is defective or not as described.

Effect of refund or dispute

A full refund or payment dispute revokes future package downloads for that order. A later valid purchase creates a new delivery entitlement.
